R-HUB servers consists of hardware servers in three form factors and cloud servers. The servers are plug and play. No IT team or maintenance is required. They are self-updated and protected.

The RHUB server license is primarily based two parameters:
  1. Rooms – the number of concurrent meeting sessions.
  2. Participants – the total number of concurrent participants in all meeting rooms.

Note: A remote access session in the All-in-One Collaboration Server, which permanently makes a remote computer accessible, does not take a meeting room license until you actively access the remote computer. However, a remote access session uses a concurrent participant license even if nobody is accessing the remote computer. A remote support session will take a meeting room license when the session starts.

Note: When a remote support session starts, it takes one session license. When a remote access session starts on a remote computer, it does not take a session license until you access the remote computer. Each computer connecting to the TRSA server will consume one computer license. If during a remote support or remote access session, you invite additional attendees to join the session, each additional attendee will take a computer license.

For example, for the TRSA-40, you and your colleagues can have 4 remote support sessions with 4 different customers, which takes 8 computer licenses in total in most cases. Meanwhile, you can still have 32 unattended remote computers that run remote access sessions.

R-HUB ENABLE

What does R-HUB ENABLE cover and include?

Hardware warranty:

Provides advance replacement in case your unit becomes defective.

Software updates:

Protects from obsolescence and updates the R-HUB server's software automatically (by default).  And allows users to take advantage of the latest and greatest features that are continually being added by R-HUB.

Technical Support:

From initial installation to continued technical support, R-HUB will support any unit under warranty.

Continuous availability:

Should your hardware fail or unit become unavailable for any reason, including your own network issues, R-HUB will set up temporary accounts on our servers while you wait for the replacement hardware or repairs to your network.

Audio conferencing service:

When warranty is active, you have access to our audio conferencing bridge service. Without warranty, the audio conferencing bridge will cease to work.

R-HUB ENABLE Pricing:

One year of R-HUB ENABLE coverage comes with all R-HUB servers. You can choose to purchase R-HUB ENABLE coverage yearly or you can purchase additional 1, 2, 3 or 4 year bundles at the time of purchase. During the coverage period, a defective unit will be replaced free of charge. The customer is responsible for shipping charges to return the defective product.

The annual R-HUB ENABLE is priced at 20% of the system’s original MSRP price plus all the options and licenses that are added to the standard product.

Return and Refund Policy

If within 14 days after receiving the product you ordered, the unit does not perform as represented, call for a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number. Items returned back to R-HUB without an RMA number or collect freight will not be accepted. The product must be returned in its original packing and condition. We will refund your payment after the product is received at our warehouse in the previously stated condition. Please email the tracking number to return@rhubcom.com when you send the product back. RMA numbers must be used within 15 days of issuance or the RMA is canceled. Return instructions will be emailed to you.
