The audio conference server is a cloudbased system that can support over 2,000 attendees in one meeting. This system can connect to a TurboMeeting appliance with just one PSTN port and integrate with up to 500 VoIP based users.

The meeting host can control each speaker (PSTN or VoIP) individually.
