1. Supporter Workstation

A supporter workstation is a computer or terminal that a supporter conducts support from.

A supporter can start as many support sessions as he/she wants on one supporter workstation.

2. Concurrent Users in One Support Session for Collaborative Support & Training

The maximum number of concurrent users in one support session is 10 (including the supporter). That is, you can invite up to 9 attendees to join your support session and host a collaborative support session among all participants in order to conduct support or real-time training.

3. Remote Computers Accessed at All Time

The number of “remote computers accessible at all times” is the maximum number of computers you can remotely access for unattended support.
